Customer Success Story

Turning a Customer Email into a Credibility Asset

Customer success story - copywriting for tech company - Aspirah Digital Writing

Challenge

Turn a powerful email testimonial into customer success story to reach more people.

Solution

The email had all the key elements of a strong customer success story, but it lacked a story arc.

To address that, I structured it so that it emphasized the patient’s journey to a solution, while keeping the original voice and tone. The title engages the target audience emotionally and sets the stage for what they are about to read. It also speaks to their deep desire for answers and hope for a pain-free life.

Finally, the closing lines elevate the narrative from a simple "feel-good" story to a true marketing asset. These lines highlight the significant impact of the technology for all women

Results

This customer success story now lives on the client's website, where it works around the clock showcasing the technology’s real-world impact to potential investors, partners, and buyers.

Landing Page Copywriting

Increasing Restaurant Partnerships on DoorDash (SPEC AD)

SPEC landing page - copywriting for tech company - Aspirah Digital Writing

Challenge

Increase the number of small, independently run restaurants on DoorDash's platform.

Solution

Restaurant owners will land on this page after clicking on a Facebook ad.

The hero headline focuses on the dream outcome — more reach, more business, more profit. It's meant to immediately grab the attention of growth-minded restaurant owners.

The next section builds on the first by presenting the benefits in a tangible way. The mention of “up to 60% increase in profits” specifically makes the offer feel realistic.

The third section anticipates a potential concern for businesses owners: how difficult setup and use of the platform will be. This section directly addresses that by highlighting the platform's simple and efficient design.

CTA buttons throughout the page encourage visitors to sign up, but for those with additional questions, the final section offers them the opportunity to chat with a DoorDash expert.

Email Copywriting

Driving Sales for a Business Coach via Email Marketing

Challenge

Increase sales for a new membership program for early-stage entrepreneurs.

Solution

These are the first 3 emails of an 8-part email campaign.

EMAIL 1:

The first email introduces the new program. It highlights the gap the program fills for early stage entrepreneurs who are often overwhelmed with trying to figure it out alone. The mention of introductory pricing and limited slots create urgency around the offer.

EMAIL 2:

The second email zeroes in on the pain a bit more and positions the founder as an experienced guide. The founder's story about her own journey into entrepreneurship not only demonstrates how well she understands the needs of her audience, but it also makes her relatable and approachable. This is key for building a connection with subscribers.

EMAIL 3:

The third email effectively builds credibility for both the founder and the program. It addresses the question about whether the program actually works. The selected testimonials highlight how clients were able to move forward in their businesses thanks to the clarity and guidance they gained in the program.

Results

The client was very pleased with the email campaign and felt it captured her vision well. She shared: “...[I] was very satisfied with the results. Once [Leah] understood my goals, objectives, and audience, [she] was able to craft messages that were compelling enough to move people to take action.” (See full Recommendation on LinkedIn)
